DUNELAND SOCCER CLUB FALL TRAVEL REGISTRATION

The Duneland Soccer Club will conduct their Fall 2009 soccer registration for the TRAVEL PROGRAM ONLY at the Library Service Center
at 100 W. Indiana Ave., in Chesterton on Thursday, June 4th and Thursday, June 11th from 6:30-8:00 p.m.

The travel program is for children born between Aug. 1, 1995 and July 31, 2001.
Registrations received after June 11th, 2009 will include a $25 late fee and will be placed on a waiting list subject to roster availability.
All Registrations must include a wallet-sized photo.
If your child is new to to Duneland Soccer Club, a copy of their birth certificate is also needed.
